China’s One Belt One Road initiative – An opportunity for India?

China’s ‘One Belt One Road’ (OBOR) could be an opportunity for India according to a former Foreign Secretary of India. The OBOR which aims to link Asia with Europe for trade, could fill the gaps in connectivity, improve logistics and benefit the exporting countries in Asia. India has reservations about the initiative, as it passes through Indian Territory, under Pakistani occupation.
